Billing Analyst - Routing / Special Billing - Remote

Overview

The Billing Analyst will focus on the credit memo process and customized billing, ensuring accurate billing processing and distribution functions.

In Short

• Daily processing of special billing spreadsheets.
• Daily processing of Credit Memos in credit memo case queue.
• Troubleshoot and generate customer care cases to resolve billing issues.
• Update current process SOPs as needed.
• Research billing issues and determine appropriate course of action.
• Exhibit professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Assist the team in other billing-related processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to achieve resolutions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel required.
• Experience with Salesforce and Zuora is a plus.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in billing or equivalent role.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Extremely organized with strong data entry skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting/billing concepts.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• High degree of professional integrity.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
