Director of Inpatient Case Management - Remote

Overview

The ICM Director provides leadership and oversight, supporting and executing strategic initiatives with division and corporate executive teams for multiple divisions/areas of responsibilities. Directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations for multiple hospital divisions and/or system functions. Oversees the management of care transitions in partnership with the multidisciplinary team in the hospital setting and is responsible for the delivery of high quality care and outcomes across their areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• BSN required; Master's in Nursing, Social Work, Business or Finance preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in Virginia or Multi/Compact State.
• Certification in Case Management required.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in acute care or case management.
• 5 years of case management experience required.
