• Full-time remote position as a Learning Strategist.
• Creates dynamic learning programs for clients.
• Drives overall account strategy and leads the account team.
• Provides consultation guidance to Subject Matter Experts.
• Leads work streams in strategic design and implementation of learning solutions.
• Establishes strong partnerships with clients and external contacts.
• Understands clinical customers and environments.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy and market research.
• 5+ years’ experience in education or training projects.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office software.

• 5+ years’ experience leading education and/or training projects.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience managing digital interactive training.
• Availability to travel to client meetings as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
