Overview

Chime is looking for an Learning & Strategy Intern to join our Content and Learning team. You will gain valuable professional experience working with cutting edge cloud technology platforms and distributed systems alongside engineers with a wealth of experience to share. This is an exciting opportunity to learn while playing a role in a critical initiative at Chime.

In Short

  • Analyze Training Impact: Develop and implement a framework to measure the effectiveness of the Chime Grow training program.
  • Work with Data: Gather and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, QA scores, AHT) to assess training outcomes.
  • Create Reporting Dashboards: Design visual reports or dashboards to track training success and agent performance trends.
  • Identify Training Gaps: Conduct research, including agent feedback and data analysis, to uncover additional opportunities for improvement in the agent lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Operations, QA, and BPO partners to ensure insights are actionable and align with business needs.
  • Present Findings: Summarize key takeaways and recommendations in a final presentation to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer service metrics (CSAT, AHT, QA scores) or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, QA, and call center partners.
  • Comfort conducting interviews or surveys to gather qualitative insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset who takes ownership of projects and seeks solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while also being open to feedback and mentorship.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about training impact measurement and agent enablement.
