As a DevOps Engineer Team Leader at Semperis, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering team, working on cutting-edge security and identity products.

• Lead the design and implementation of build and release pipelines.
• Support a team of three global DevOps engineers.
• Plan and execute cloud deployment strategy.
• Conduct code and documentation reviews.
• Train stakeholders on Azure DevOps and Git best practices.
• Advocate for DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure team on deployment issues.
• Document procedures and communicate best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues with project deployments.
• Research new technologies for efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a DevOps management role.
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE in SaaS environments.
• 3+ years with a major cloud provider (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience in building CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
• Expertise in containerization.
• Experience with Kubernetes workflows.
• Deploying environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
