Overview

Semperis is seeking an experienced Area Vice President of Sales for the DACH region to lead a high-performing sales team in the Cybersecurity industry.

In Short

Lead a team of 5 to 8 Enterprise Sales Directors.
Generate net new ARR according to company goals.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments.
Develop an annual sales plan for regional growth.
Attract top talent to build the sales organization.
Negotiate and close complex deals.
Build strong internal relationships with various teams.
Travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
Experience in startup organizations is preferred.
Understanding of the information security channel network.

Experience in the Cybersecurity industry.

Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients.
