Requirements

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
• A commitment to representing the brand with integrity.
• Adept at using technology for operations and presentations.
• Ability to adapt in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
• Genuine desire to grow and learn.
• Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education and training preferred.

Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay plus commission and bonus plan.
• Base pay of $15/hour plus uncapped commissions.
• Total annual compensation package of $49,000 - $57,000.
