Overview

The Operations Specialist will work in the Propulsion Systems / Engines area, handling documentation, processing work orders, and coordinating parts shipping for vehicle families.

In Short

• Upload part numbers into corporate data systems.
• Process documentation for component changes.
• Handle work orders for laboratory tests.
• Request purchase orders for prototype parts.
• Create documentation for functional testing.
• Coordinate parts shipping between suppliers and assembly plants.
• Release approvals for part validation.
• Gather documentation for failure analysis.
• Lead part development approvals with suppliers.
• Attend training to acquire necessary skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or project management.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with software suites like Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
