• Lead cooling system projects from concept to completion
• Conduct thermal system design, cost, and weight analysis
• Manage suppliers and coordinate procurement and validation processes
• Resolve technical issues across all stages of the program
• Represent cooling systems as a visible member of the launch team
• Ensure compliance with functional and performance requirements
• Manage resources and communicate status to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
• 5-7+ years of experience with automotive cooling and HVAC components
• Strong leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead without formal authority
• Experience in program management and supplier management
• Knowledge of automotive underhood/underbody packaging
• High proficiency in MS Office tools and UG/NX CAD systems
