In Short

• Support for all integration activities and interface for all issues (cost, timing, program planning, launch support, program resolution, etc.)
• Must be available for off-hour teleconferences and regional travel
• Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in design, development, and program management in powertrain functions and/or vehicle engineering
• Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Understanding of product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction
• Remote work with occasional travel
• Must reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of product development processes
• Ability to work independently
