Overview

The Complexity Program Lead is part of the team responsible for the process, methods, and tools to provide a complexity assessment for all vehicle program.

• Work on exciting projects within a global engineering group.
• Responsible for complexity assessments for vehicle programs.

• Ensure data accuracy prior to publishing.
• Identify opportunities for roadmap targets.
• Report status, forecast, and outlook in monthly meetings.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in Mexico.
• Remote work with occasional travel.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Program management experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with FCA EBOM, STV, or releasing.
• Aptitude for understanding IT system design and data structures.
• Power BI skills are a plus.
