Overview

The Manager of Client Services is responsible for managing accounts of multiple client service programs, maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective program management.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 8 years of related experience required.
  • 3 years as an Account Representative or 5 years adjuster experience.
  • Strong understanding of claims management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict in a fast-paced environment.
