Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must obtain IIA-AIC designation within 12 to 18 months.
  • State adjuster license required.
  • Three years of related experience or equivalent education.
  • Empathetic claims handling demeanor.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Negotiating skills.
  • Ability to create accurate written reports.
  • Ability to meet performance competencies.
