Overview

Join Sedgwick as a Remote Benefits Liaison where you will play a key role in managing absence programs and providing support to clients and employees.

In Short

  • Coordinate activities of absence programs for clients.
  • Assist Benefits Program Manager with various tasks.
  • Communicate with clients, employees, and healthcare providers.
  • Prepare reports for program administration.
  • Monitor satisfaction through customer surveys.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to absence programs.
  • Assist in client training and benefits fairs.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be bilingual in French, Hindi, Bengali, or other languages.
  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Six years of absence management experience required.
  • Knowledge of best practices in absence administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • PC literate including Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
  • Negotiation skills are a plus.
