Overview

As Agile Coach at Security Compass, you will help maintain and improve the development and delivery of SD Elements, leveraging your mastery of process and project management in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience in process measurement and improvement.
Ability to guide teams in self-organization.
Experience measuring internal development team metrics.
