In Short

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data governance and data privacy projects across an array of industries.
• Oversee projects meticulously, collaborating with implementation teams and facilitating project status reports and meetings.
• Implement project management controls to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on milestones.
• Create standardized project templates & deliverables; develop and train teams on best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology.
• Collaborate with account managers and customer success teams for smooth transitions.
• Present regular reports to leadership detailing forecasting and project status.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Securiti solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with data security and enterprise IT deployments preferred.
• Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects.
• Effective communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira).
