Overview

AECOM is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of interdisciplinary projects, focusing on client service and meeting business expectations in the Federal Market Sector.

In Short

• Lead project delivery from proposal phase to client handover.
• Act as primary contact for clients, managing stakeholder relationships.
• Develop project guidelines and objectives collaboratively.
• Manage all aspects of project needs, schedule, fees, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field plus 6 years of experience.
• Architecture Licensure or Professional Engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing A/E work.
• Experience with National Government projects.
• Superior communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Client-facing skills and ability to lead discussions.
• PMP Certification or understanding of project management best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Products and construction processes.
