Overview

Arkatechture is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery & Programs team, leading Arkalytics implementations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Lead Arkalytics implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project plans and timelines using Smartsheet and Jira.
• Facilitate client-facing meetings for project updates and training.
• Drive adoption of implementation processes and tools.
• Identify risks and maintain strong client relationships.
• Validate technical estimates for realistic project plans.
• 6+ years of project management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Technical literacy with Snowflake and Tableau.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data-related projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
