Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Masabi, you will lead the delivery of high-impact transit and fare payment projects globally, managing complex multi-vendor programs and cross-functional teams.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs involving fare payment and open payments.
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary contact for transit agencies and system integrators.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to align priorities.
• Provide expert guidance on delivery governance and best practices.
• Support Agile delivery in collaboration with Scrum Masters.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers across programs.
• Report project status, milestones, and KPIs to leadership.
• Oversee delivery performance against budget and margin targets.
• Contribute to bids and proposals with Business Development.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions in complex environments.
• Track record of leading multi-vendor projects.
• Skilled in Agile delivery; SAFe experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Adept at building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Confident communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in transformation and change management.
