The Payroll & Personnel Administration Officer plays a key role in managing payroll and personnel administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting internal staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, preferably Eblox Payroll.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of the second language.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under stress.
  • Customer-oriented, discreet, and a team player.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
  • Desire to deepen knowledge in social legislation and payroll techniques.
