As a Sales Administration Officer, you will play a key role in managing and tracking customer orders, ensuring the optimization of administrative and logistical processes to guarantee quality service.

Process and track customer orders (registration, validation, invoicing).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, management, sales administration, or equivalent.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, ERP, CRM).
Excellent organizational skills and administrative rigor.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple files simultaneously.
Good knowledge of the IT sector and its specifics would be an asset.
