We are looking for a reliable Participant Management Officer (m/f/d) for our office in Berlin Schönefeld.

In Short

• Coordinate suitable applicants from recruiting and manage their qualification.
• Act as a liaison between recruiting, funding management, aviation training, and security schools.
• Manage, administer, and bill training measures.
• Ensure compliance with AZAV documentation and monitor billing of education vouchers.
• Support external participants in acquiring education vouchers and advise applicants on training participation.
• Oversee the entire onboarding process for courses, including communication with participants and scheduling.
• Monitor ongoing courses.

Requirements

• Completion of a commercial or educational vocational training.
• Initial experience in the funded education sector.
• Enthusiasm for HR topics and independent teamwork.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Very good command of the German language, both written and spoken.
