• Coordinate the qualification of suitable candidates from recruiting.
• Act as a liaison between recruiting, funding management, aviation training, and safety schools.
• Manage and administer training measures.
• Document and monitor the billing of education vouchers in compliance with AZAV.
• Support external participants in acquiring education vouchers and advise candidates on training participation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for training courses.
• Monitor ongoing courses.

Requirements

• Completion of a commercial or educational vocational training program.
• Initial experience in the funded education sector.
• Enthusiasm for HR topics and independent teamwork.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
