Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a central role in the execution, maintenance, and support of our global marketing automation ecosystem, focusing on hands-on marketing operations and ensuring reliable day-to-day functioning of digital marketing tools across markets.

In Short

• Build and maintain Adobe Marketo Engage programs and operational workflows.
• Support technical integrations and manage the ticketing system.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliable tracking.
• Provide documentation and training to local markets.
• Monitor platform usage and operational KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous optimization of marketing processes.
• Manage incoming support tickets related to marketing tools.
• Track KPIs related to platform usage and ticket resolution.
• Support new markets through technical onboarding.
• Create training materials for markets on Marketo operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation execution.
• Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage and ideally chatbot or digital web tools.
• University Degree in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Business, or similar.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of data flows and CRM integrations.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is advantageous.
