Health Coach - Registered Nutritionists or Dietitians - Remote

Overview

We’re on the lookout for passionate, forward-thinking Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians to join our team of Health Coaches on a fixed-term basis who are available immediately. This role delivers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.

In Short

• Remote work with flexible hours.
• Fixed-term contracts (17–27 weeks).
• Support individuals living with obesity and type 2 diabetes.
• Coaching through the Second Nature programme via a digital platform.
• Provide behavioral support for long-term lifestyle change.
• Work autonomously while being part of a supportive team.
• Engage with members through written chats and 1:1 messaging.
• Focus on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and mindset.
• Opportunities to support members on medication-assisted programmes.
• Contribute to enhancing the member experience through engagement calls.

Requirements

• Registered with the AfN or HCPC.
• Passionate about improving health and wellbeing.
• Confident working independently.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized.
• Available to work remotely.
