Overview

We’re looking for an Essex-based, HCPC-registered Dietitian or AfN-registered Nutritionist to join our growing team of Health Coaches at one of the UK’s most exciting health-tech startups.

In Short

• Full-Time, Remote Role
• Weekend and Evening Working Required
• Support adults living with obesity to make sustainable lifestyle changes
• Deliver face-to-face group coaching and remote digital coaching
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize CBT and motivational interviewing techniques
• Contribute to service evaluation and programme development

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Dietitian or AfN registration as a Nutritionist
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience in delivering group sessions
• Ability to provide digital coaching
• Passion for improving health and wellbeing
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Experience with behaviour change techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
