Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team and work with our customers from the DACH region, managing the customer lifecycle and ensuring the highest level of service and support.

In Short

  • Drive customer adoption and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Build and improve CSM processes.
  • Onboard and support customers through their certification journey.
  • Become an expert in ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in the DACH region.
  • Write and record educational content for the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and C2 level German.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Energetic and engaged with remote culture.
