Production Lead - Remote

Overview

The Production Leadperson provides lead support and is responsible for employee safety and productivity for production employees on designated shift, ensuring production volume is executed in a timely manner and meets/exceeds quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of equipment operator experience in dairy/food manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Strong technical skills with equipment controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Understanding of budgetary principles.
• Ability to define problems and analyze data.
