Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in OEM or CPO charging programs.
• 3+ years managing vendor relationships related to charging.
• Strong understanding of the charging industry and technical knowledge.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on user experience.
• Proven project management skills using tools like JIRA.
• Ability to develop effective vendor/partner relationships.
• Strong collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.
