HR Assistant - Remote

Overview

The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department at Scottsdale Arts, ensuring efficient HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus.
