Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Assistant in the HR administration team who will play a crucial role in shaping a positive employee experience within our organization.

In Short

  • Preparation of employment contracts and other documentation for employees
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Data entry and updating employee information using internal systems
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of HR records
  • Participation in the development and alignment of local HR policies
  • Continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Providing timely support to other departments on HR matters
  • Creating various HR reports as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of local labor legislation
  • Independence, organization, analytical skills, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Teamwork and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
