Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.

In Short

• Work with top-tier customers, scientists, and developers.

• Be the voice of the customer in discussions with Product Managers.

• Implement deployment strategies for integration with customer systems.
• Help customers solve technical issues with customized solutions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites frequently.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes on major cloud providers (GCP or AWS).
• Research data management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Robust Linux experience and proficiency in a scripting language.
• Interest in life sciences or physics.
• Clear grasp of networking concepts.
• Understanding of HPC systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
