The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth communication with clients and assisting management and sales staff.

  • Remote position with a schedule of 8-5 Mon-Fri (PST;CST;EST).

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
  • Qualify potential clients and document lead information in the CRM.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for optimized calendar management.
  • Support sales staff with document preparation and reporting.
  • Manage follow-ups with customers for feedback and reviews.
  • Assist in managing internal systems like CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to management as needed.
  • Ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills (C1/C2 English required).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone.
  • Desirable: Proficiency with RingCentral, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS platforms.
