Overview

As a Werkstudent:in Founders Associate - AI & Strategie, you will work directly with our founders, driving the strategic and operational integration of AI into our projects.

In Short

• You will build and expand our internal AI infrastructure, evaluating new tools and integrating them into existing workflows.
• Develop AI-supported solutions for our consulting projects such as automated analyses and intelligent research pipelines.
• Experiment with LLMs and automations, translating technical possibilities into concrete business applications.
• Build prototypes and MVPs to quickly test and scale new AI use cases.
• Create internal training and guides for effective use of AI tools.
• Monitor the AI market, identifying relevant trends and developments for the team and our clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science) with excellent performance.
• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies such as Prompt Engineering and automation tools.
• Strong interest in strategy, innovation, and the intersection of AI and business.
• Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented work style.
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of building things from scratch.
• Fluent in German or English (C1 level).
• Open and engaging communication style in all languages.
