Tech Project Manager - Remote

We’re now looking for a Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of client projects—from kickoff through launch.

In Short

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from discovery to delivery of software and system implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—managing timelines, expectations, and updates.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities with internal teams (devs, automation specialists, and process engineers).
• Break down client requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
• Lead weekly syncs (or async updates), and generate clear status reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow standardization.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, especially in software and systems implementation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
