Overview

We’re a fast-moving staffing agency hiring our first candidate marketing lead. You’ll own everything candidate-facing — from brand to conversion — and build the systems that drive talent acquisition at scale.

• Skilled in using Webflow, Instapage, or similar tools for page creation.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe.
• Ability to manage outreach or email campaigns.
• Hungry to build and lead a team as we scale.
