Email & ABM Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Email & ABM Specialist will take ownership of marketing automation, nurture programs, and account-based campaigns, driving measurable pipeline impact and engaging target audiences.

In Short

• Build, launch, and manage segmented email campaigns and multi-touch nurtures.
• Write tailored email copy for different personas, industries, and funnel stages.
• Build, validate, and refine account and contact lists in Clay.
• Manage ABM campaign lists and integrations with Salesforce/Pardot (or HubSpot/Marketo).
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing Specialist to align messaging across email and ads.
• Implement scoring, segmentation, and triggers to improve MQL→SQL conversion.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage UTM and tracking for attribution accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B marketing automation (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Hands-on experience executing ABM campaigns.
• Experience writing B2B email copy that drives engagement.
• Familiarity with Clay or similar audience/list-building platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM) integrations.
• Bonus: experience in consulting or technology services marketing.
• Bonus: knowledge of financial services, logistics, or TMT industries.
