Overview

FutureLearn is seeking a proactive CRM Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on managing CRM operations across multiple brands, identifying opportunities, and improving lifecycle journeys.

In Short

• Help manage the CRM calendar across multiple brands.
• Create and optimise long-tail nurturing journeys.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience.
• Experience using Iterable, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• End-to-end email campaign delivery experience.
• Knowledge of lead conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret briefs and provide feedback.
• Motivated and detail-oriented.
