• Lead smooth transitions for new clients by learning their brand, products, and goals.
• Plan brand activity in online communities and train brand ambassadors.
• Serve as the go-to contact for up to 20 clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Guide and support brand ambassadors in alignment with client strategy.
• Deliver weekly email updates and conduct monthly client meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in client-facing roles like Account Management or Project Management.
• Marketing agency experience preferred.
• Experience with online communities like Reddit or Facebook Groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data.
