Overview

As a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Coordinator, you will coordinate and support the department in accordance with Crisis Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans to ensure organizational resilience.

In Short

• Coordinate and support the department in accordance with Crisis Management Plans.
• Maintain Crisis Management Plans and Business Continuity Plans.
• Coordinate the review, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans.
• Work with IT technicians on Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Maintain management information reporting on Business Continuity status.
• Promote global awareness of Business Continuity policies and standards.
• Collaborate with IT Vendor Management or vendors directly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in Business Continuity within the financial sector.
• Experience with IT teams for Disaster Recovery processes.
• Relevant certifications like MBCI or CBCP.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and Business Continuity standards.
• Experience in crisis and incident management processes.
• Experience in building and maintaining Business Continuity plans.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like DORA.
