Overview

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to lead one of the most impactful transitions in our company's history: consolidating 15 Shopify stores into a unified, scalable, appfirst architecture. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll shape technical direction, work directly with product and business, and have real ownership from day one.

In Short

Design and build scalable backend systems on AWS
Centralize user authentication and order management across multiple Shopify stores
Integrate legacy systems into a unified app-based architecture
Contribute to the Breeze mobile app ecosystem
Lead key initiatives including multi-store order management consolidation
Integrate AI chatbot (SuperChat)
Implement dynamic bundle builder for multi-destination travel
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner teams
Work with cutting-edge AI tools as a core part of your workflow
5+ years of full-stack development experience required

Requirements

Strong backend expertise (~70% backend / 30% frontend)
Proven ability to thrive in startup or high-growth environments
Solid understanding of scalable architectures and API design
Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools
eCommerce or Shopify experience is a strong plus
Independent, ownership-driven mindset
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical teams
