The Vice President of Global Scaled Customer Success will lead Saviynt’s scaled Customer Success function for commercial accounts under $150,000 ARR, focusing on driving retention, growth, and advocacy across SMBs globally.

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience roles.
  • Proven success in leading scaled Customer Success teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating digital content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS with a focus on SMB and mid-market customer engagement.
  • Expertise in high-volume, digital-first, scaled Customer Success models.
  • Deep experience with Gainsight and customer journey optimization.
  • Track record of delivering measurable impact through scalable programs.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with self-service models and customer education programs is a plus.
