Sr. Manager, Business Operations, Federal - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Business Operations is responsible for ensuring successful delivery and value realization for Federal Identity and Access Management (IAM) customers, driving customer success and satisfaction.

In Short

• Own project planning, coordination, and execution for customer success projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Align internal teams with customer stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Lead regular stakeholder meetings to align IAM capabilities with business objectives.
• Track utilization of success packages and contracted deliverables.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships to drive product adoption.
• Assist with transformation and process improvements.
• Act as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement.
• Assist clients in realizing sustained value from Saviynt’s products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer success in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with core IAM concepts and compliance-driven selling.
• Experience with customer success or CRM platforms like Gainsight or Salesforce.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
