Overview

The Associate Principal Developer, Business Intelligence (BI) will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using BI tools like Tableau.
• Develop complex queries, reports, stored procedures, and data models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in BI development.
• Proven experience in BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred.
