Field Business Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Field Business Developer at Satispay, you will be at the forefront of payment innovation, managing end-to-end relationships with new and potential merchants, and promoting our payment solutions.

In Short

• Expand the Satispay network strategically in your assigned area.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, becoming their point of reference.
• Update and monitor data in CRM and other business tools.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably field-based.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage merchant relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Interest in proposing Satispay to new merchants.
• Experience in a FinTech or startup environment is a plus.
• Encouragement to apply even if not all skills are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Developer.
• Willingness to physically visit merchants in target areas.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by clear, quantifiable objectives.
• Interest in new business development over managing existing clients.
• Passion for the FinTech industry.
