• Lead the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements and disclosure documents based on IFRS.
• Propose solutions to domestic and global tax accounting challenges from both legality and tax-saving perspectives.
• Utilize internal and external resources effectively and research advanced examples from other companies.
• Participate centrally in organizational and group projects to contribute to achieving objectives.
• Contribute to financial operations such as fundraising, foreign exchange reservations, and management under appropriate conditions.
• Handle consolidated financial statement preparation.
• Manage individual financial statement preparation.
• Prepare statutory disclosure documents.
• Oversee fixed asset operations and cost accounting tasks.
• Engage in tax declaration-related tasks and internal control operations.

Requirements

• Level equivalent to Japanese Bookkeeping 1-2.
• Accounting and tax knowledge sufficient to discuss with CPA and tax authorities.
• TOEIC score of 730 or above.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate PPT skills.
• Leadership skills to autonomously collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Objective analytical skills, logical thinking, and negotiation skills.
