Overview

The Manager, Commercial Lead at Santen will be responsible for leading product strategy from preclinical development to product launch, maximizing the value of new products from a commercial perspective.

• Native level Japanese and business level English (TOEIC 700+).
• Experience as a project leader or manager in drug development is a plus.
• Experience in marketing strategy development in Japan and overseas is a plus.
