Senior Business & Process Architect - Remote

Overview

We are looking for experienced Business & Process Architects for a leading company in the financial services sector. If you enjoy designing complex structures, accompanying transformations, and supporting companies on their path to operational excellence, this is the right opportunity for you.

In Short

• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes in complex corporate structures.
• Consult management and departments on implementing strategic transformations.
• Develop and apply methods of process architecture (e.g., BPMN, TOGAF).
• Integrate RPA, AI, and automation solutions into business processes.
• Prepare, moderate, and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate strategies into actionable processes and target images.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, engineering, or comparable fields.
• Several years of experience in process management, corporate/strategy consulting, or process architecture.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (strongly preferred).
• Very good knowledge of methods & tools (BPMN, TOGAF, RPA, AI).
• Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
