Overview

On behalf of our client BSI Software, Europe’s #1 CRM/CX platform provider, we are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their team in Catania (80–100%).

⚠️ Please note: Candidates must already be based in Italy, be willing to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and have excellent English skills (C1 minimum)

In Short

Develop customized solutions for business-critical systems in interdisciplinary, agile teams
Accompany projects end-to-end – from first customer contact to implementation and support
Direct collaboration with leading European enterprises in banking, insurance, retail, and life sciences
Take responsibility across consulting, development, and technical lead tasks
Apply and introduce modern technologies and contribute your own innovations

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Fullstack Developer in agile project teams
Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript
Excellent English skills (C1 minimum) – German is a plus
Already living in Italy (mandatory)
Strong initiative, creativity, team spirit, and analytical skills
Enjoyment of software development and direct customer contact
