Overview

As a Senior Business Architect at phData, you will ensure that both ongoing and upcoming work delivers business value to clients while collaborating with technical teams to implement effective solutions.

In Short

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Design and develop business architectures aligned with client goals.
Identify opportunities leveraging data and AI to improve processes.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.
Create detailed documentation including business capability maps.
Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Establish and grow customer relationships.
Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology implementation.
Drive project team outcomes with measurable success metrics.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in business analysis or product development.
Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies.
Direct client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
Proven experience developing data strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical teams.
